The Italian Set
For some reason this gets called “The Italian set”. The first tune is indeed Italian, a curenta of uncertain origins remembered by Andrew from a long lost street recording.
The second is an 18th century English tune called Miss Sayers Allemande, which can be found in the Fallibroome Collection.

Ratcliffe Highway
A great 19th Century song of a sailor home on leave who has a narrow escape in one of the numerous seedy hostelries on the famous Ratcliffe Highway. Video taken by “Joybert” at Godiva Festival 2010.
