Excited? We are! The legendary Meet On The Ledge are back gigging after a two year break. This a double header so both bands will be doing full sets.

Not heard Meet On The Ledge yet? Check out the videos and recordings on their website and we think you'll be impressed. This is fantastic, powerful, tuneful folk-rock and we're not the only ones who think that.

... then add the Greenman Rising wall of sound all down at the Marr's Bar and the evening looks like a cracker. It's even under a tenner if you buy in advance. A bargain.

One of our favourite venues (Cox's Yard in Stratford-upon-Avon) are having a St Patrick's day celebration, and Greenman Rising will be headlining the night with a set starting at 10pm.

It looks like a really good night in the offing. Cox's Yard is a great venue and the audiences are always enthusiastic.

We'll be back at the lovely Bearded Theory Festival this year but this time doing something a little unusual for Bearded Theory … a ceilidh dance!

Yes, you read that right, an English ceilidh (eceilidh) at Bearded Theory, and we're really looking forward to it.

Of course we'll also be doing songs and tunes between the dances.

We always enjoy Bearded Theory (I know, I would say that ,but it's still true) and they've got a great line-up this year, including the Water Boys. Check it out; good value, friendly and this year being held in the grounds of a stately home (Kedleston Hall).
